THE 2024 CAMP RAFFLE IS HERE!
Every year, we organize a Holiday raffle that offers a chance for everyone to win really cool motocamping prizes, while also giving back to the community. This year is no different - behold the 2024 CAMP holiday raffle! The value of this year’s prizes is above $2,000, and the charity we will be donating to is the Greater Chicago Food Depository.
How it works
The price for the raffle tickets is the same as last few years’: $20 for CAMP members and $30 for non members. The drawing of the winning tickets (more than 10) will take place at our Holiday party on December 13rd.
You can buy as many tickets as you want, either in person at one of our upcoming events, or remotely (email us at info@motocamping.club and we will send you a photo of your ticket(s) and info on how to pay via Venmo or PayPal or cash). You can buy a ticket even if you are not in the Chicagoland - if you win, we will ship you the prizes.
Who’s the charity we are donating money to?
We will donate any tickets’ proceeds in excess of $1,000 to the Greater Chicago Food Despository. Why the $1,000 threshold? I spent over $1,500 buying the presents, whereas a couple were donated. So anything above 1K goes to charity. Like in the past, we will make our donation via a company match system, so whatever we raise, the charity will get double.
What are the prizes?
And speaking of prizes…Let’s look at this year’s list:
Mosko Moto 40L backcountry duffle pack, value $430, in tan/high desert color
Mosko Moto 10L reckless luggage, value $330, in blue
MSR Wshiperlite Universal stove, value $199
2 brake free helmet lights, one in white and one in black, total value of $340
$600 gift card for Temple of Moto- Temple of Moto (my company) organizes motorcycle tours that offer the best riding AND the best way to explore the great outdoors, all in one tour. Use this gift card against any 2024 tours in Baja, Yellowstone, Utah, Joshua Tree National Park, Redwoods National Park, the Black Hills, the American Southwest, Smoky Mountains.
Several other “little” things, like camping knives, fire starters, camping pots, motorcycle neck gaiters, and so on.
I hope to see many of you at the Christmas party - you can already register for it HERE!
